REIKI 

The Sanskrit word "chakra" means circle or wheel. To feel centered, your energy centers -- or chakras -- should be open and flowing freely. However, life's challenges can disrupt energy flow. 

During a Reiki session, I tap into the energy of each chakra to assess how things are flowing. We discuss any areas that may need work, and healing energy is channeled to those chakras to help restore flow and promote balance.

Reiki can be a powerful tool to help you heal and increase your overall sense of well-being. Not only is it completely safe, but it provides an integrated mind-body-spirit approach. Everything is made up of energy: people, animals, and things. However, when these energy fields are blocked or filled with unhelpful energies, this can manifest in the form of physical or emotional pain. 

Together we will find solutions and understand soul lessons. We can address any issue/subject: relationships, career, family, health, and life purpose to bring about healing, personal transformation, and evolution of your spirit.

When your soul is really ‘seen’, it automatically comes out of hiding. We co-create a stronger connection to your intuition, creativity, vitality and sense of safety. Within the vibration of love, without judgment, fear, resentment, worry, etc., a special feeling is allowed to sprout: wanting to show the world your best dance, open up, and bring out all your gifts.
